No action was required or <br />taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months <br />of December, January, and February. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Authorization for Cit~Mana~e~. to sign Chan~e Order~ on New POlice Facility <br /> Mr. MacDonald advised it is necessary for Council to authorize the City Manager <br />to sign change orders relative to the new police facility. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Mayor Butler, that Resolu- <br />tion No. 82-491, authorizing the City Manager to sign change orders for work on the <br />new police faqility, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker advised that there had been a time extension to January 12, 1983, <br />for receiving resumes for those pers6ns interested in serving as alternates on the <br />various Boards and Commissions, and suggested that an evening other than Council <br />meeting night be set up for interviews.
