He stated he felt the Kamp property is a good demonstration of wide range <br />of lot sizes. He stated he agreed with Mr. Wiemken in that the records should be <br />kept on file and up to date as to previous actions regarding the area. Mayor Butler <br />stated he felt this area has been studied and reviewed to the point where Council <br />can now make decisions on pending applications that were continued until after re- <br />view of the Mohr/Martin area. He stated he felt the park site should be located <br />near the area of highest density, and that the church property does not make much <br />sense for the park. <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding the seven recommendations made by staff in <br />the October 1982 report, and concurred these could be accepted as general guide- <br />lines with further consideration given to making Trenery Drive a cul-de-sac and <br />more definite street patterns to be determined as development occurs. Council also <br />determined to consider the pending applications as soon as possible. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler thanked the residents of the Mohr/Martin area for their input. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sid Corrie again addressed the Council stating he felt dedication of the <br />park site should be equitable among the property owners, not the burden of one <br />property owner only. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 9:30 P.M., Mayor Butler adjourned the Special <br />Meeting to meet again in Regular Session on December 13, 1982, 8:00 P.M., in the <br />Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> ES R.
