33'3

from 1/2 to 1 acre but that specific size will depend on each different applica-
tion. He stated he felt the Kamp property is a good demonstration of wide range
of lot sizes. He stated he agreed with Mr. Wiemken in that the records should be
kept on file and up to date as to previous actions regarding the area. Mayor Butler
stated he felt this area has been studied and reviewed to the point where Council
can now make decisions on pending applications that were continued until after re-
view of the Mohr/Martin area. He stated he felt the park site should be located
near the area of highest density, and that the church property does not make much
sense for the park.

Council discussion ensued regarding the seven recommendations made by staff in
the October 1982 report, and concurred these could be accepted as general guide-
lines with further consideration given to making Trenery Drive a cul-de-sac and
more definite street patterns to be determined as development occurs. Council also
determined to consider the pending applications as soon as possible.

Mayor Butler thanked the residents of the Mohr/Martin area for their input.

Mr. Sid Corrie again addressed the Council stating he felt dedication of the
park site should be equitable among the property owners, not the burden of one
property owner only.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business at 9:30 P.M., Mayor Butler adjourned the Special
Meeting to meet again in Regular Session on December 13, 1982, 8:00 P.M., in the
Pleasanton Council Chambers.

Respectfully submitted,

ES R. WALKER~

5. 11/29/82
