Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting of November <br /> 23, 1982. <br /> <br /> Report on Effect of Subsequent Plan Modifications on Prior Growth Management Approvals <br /> This item was considered and action taken after item 7 on the agenda. <br /> <br /> Resolution Establishing Procedure for Disposition of Public Records <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 82:432) dated November 1, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 82-451, establishing procedure for disposition of City records, be <br /> adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding dates for Council meetings in December. It <br /> was determined to have one meeting in December, on December 13, 1982, at 8:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 12:10 A.M., to an Executive Session to <br /> discuss pending litigation.. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 12:15 A.M. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:20 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember <br /> Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet <br /> again in Regular Session on November 23, 1982, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council <br /> Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />/E~SR.
