REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> Resolution Ordering, Annexation No. 95 (Molinaro) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:423) dated October 20, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 82-426, ordering Annexation No. 95, approximately 21 acres of land <br />northerly of Trenery Drive near Oakland Avenue and owned by R. Molinaro, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED:Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />Resolution Ordering Annexation No. 97 (Teixeira) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:424) dated October 20, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that <br />Resolution No. 82-427, ordering Annexation No. 97, approximately 14.5 acres of land <br />commonly known as 2820 Vineyard Avenue and owned by M. Teixeira, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Resolutions Making Application to LAFCO and Agreeing to the Exchange of Property <br />Tax Revenue and Initiating. Prezoning for Annexation No. 103 (Allen) <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 82:428) dated October 20, 1982, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mercer, that Resolution No. 82-428, making application to LAFCO for Annexation <br />No. 103, 3421 Vineyard Avenue owned by Frank T. Allen; Resolution No. 82-429, agree- <br />ing to the exchange of property tax revenue for Annexation No. 103, 3421 Vineyard <br />Avenue owned by Frank T. Allen; and Resolution No. 82-430, initiating prezoning for <br />Annexation No. 103, 3421 Vineyard Avenue owned by Frank T. Allen, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Walker presented his Information Report (IR 82:26) dated October 21, 1982, <br />transmitting a letter from D.S.R.S.D. to Brown and Caldwell regarding the Water <br />Conservation Report.
