151 <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Mohr, that a condition be added as Condition No. 36, requiring 40% of the <br /> units to be set aside for senior citizens, 50 years or older. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Wood, that the following changes be made to conditions contained in <br /> Planning Commission Resolution No. 2230: <br /> <br /> Condition No. 9 - That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning <br /> Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit, <br /> typical unit plan to include four 5-gallon shrubs~ two 15-gal. <br /> trees, lawn and walkway to side yard~ paid for by the developer. <br /> <br /> Condition No. 14 - That all trash and refuse be contained completely within enclo- <br /> sures architecturally compatible with the main structure for <br /> common areas only. <br /> <br /> Condition No. 19 - That the homeowners association enter into aa agreement with <br /> the City approved by the City Attorney which guarantees that <br /> all landscaping included in this project will be maintained in <br /> a healthful, attractive and weedfree manner.
