209 Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the application and the nega- tive declaration. Mr. Jack Bras, architect representing Pacific Telephone, reviewed the minor modifications of the application and stated the conditions were acceptable. He requested approval of the application. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that Resolution No. 82-405, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate for development plan approval of a "field operating center" consisting of three structures totalling approximately 13,600 sq. ft. and related facilities on an approximately 5.5 acre site located just south of 7200 Johnson Drive, be adopted.
