197 The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: Councilmember Mercer ABSENT: None Matters for the Information of the Council Mayor Butler presented the Information Report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities (IR 82:25) dated September 29, 1982, transmitting the Minutes from the Staff Traffic Committee meeting of September 15, 1982. No Council action was required or taken on this item. Mayor Butler presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months of October, November, and December, for the information of the Council. REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this meeting. COMMUNICATIONS There were no Communications presented at this meeting. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 11:10 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation and personnel. Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 11:30 P.M. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that Resolution No. 82-411, approving the compensation plan for management and confidential employees for the period October 1, 1982 through September 30, 1983, be adopted. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: None ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 11:35 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Special Session on October 25, 1982, 7:30 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
