<br /> construction of Pump House Buildings, Project No. 82-5, to Don Phillips Con-
<br /> struction Company, Inc., 842 McGlinchey Drive, Livermore, in the amount of
<br /> $24,532.56; authorizing an additional appropriation of $4,000.00 for this pro-
<br /> ject to cover the estimated contract cost and a small amount for contingencies;
<br /> and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the contract.

<br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-380, authorizing execution of indemnity and hold
<br /> h~rmless agreement, and release, in favor of City of San Mateo, for motorcycle
<br /> training for Police Officer Mike Fraser; adoption of Resolution No. 82-381,
<br /> authorizing execution of indemnity and hold harmless agreement, and release,
<br /> in favor of City of Oakland, for motorcycle training for Police Officer Bill
<br /> Reynolds; and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the agree-
<br /> ments.

<br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 82-382, approving the agreement and acceptance of the
<br /> deeds for right-of-way and public service easement for Hopyard Road improvements-
<br /> Hansen Ranch, and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the agree-
