113 <br /> <br /> Mr. Harris stated that the proposed draft Hillside Planned Development ordinance <br /> was considered by the Planning Commission at their last meeting and they felt it was <br /> not clear and did not allow enough flexibility. He stated it was recommended by <br /> staff and the Planning Commission to continue the matter for two months to allow <br /> staff to make recommendations on land use and health, safety and welfare, and to <br /> develop guidelines that would set the perimeters for development and open space. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Wood stated he concurred with the decision of the Planning Commission <br /> and would recommend that Mr. Dunkley~s PUD proposal be continued until a decision is <br /> made on the HPD ordinance. <br /> <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding the HPD ordinance control versus the PUD <br /> designation. Councilmember Mohr suggested that Mr. Dunkley should not have to wait' <br /> until the HPD ordinance review was finally resolved. <br /> <br />~.
