173 <br /> <br />Draft Ordinance on Expandin~ Commissions to include Alternates <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 82:281) dated July 21, 1982, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, to <br />refer the draft ordinance establishing alternate members on boards and commissions <br />to the various boards and commissions for their review and comment, with final <br />decision by the City Council to be taken at their meeting of August 24, 1982. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />A~reement with Ponderosa Homes to pay share of Hopyard Road FrontaSe North of <br />Valley Avenue <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 82:271) <br />dated July 20, 1982, regarding this matter. Mr. MacDonald advised there was a <br />slight change in the total amount of acreage involved in this agreement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 82-277, approving the agreement with Ponderosa Homes to pay a share <br />of the Hopyard Road Frontage north of Valley Avenue, changing the acreage involved <br />from 158.25 to 187 acres of unimproved parcel of land, and authorizing the appro- <br />priate City officials to execute the agreement; and accepting the deeds for right- <br />of-way and public service easement from Howard Hansen and Ann Marie Mix, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers Brandes <br /> <br />Prudential AMreement to Participate in Assessment District <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 82:270) <br />dated July 22, 1982, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 82-278, approving the mitigation measures agreement with Hacienda <br />Business Park developers, and authorizing the appropriate City officials to exe- <br />cute the agreement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br />Development Deferment A~reement with Reynolds and Brown <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented the report of the Assistant City Attorney (SR 82:285) <br />dated July 21, 1982, regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 82-279, approving the Development Deferment Agreement with Reynolds <br />and Brown (Delta Properties), and authorizing the appropriate City officials to <br />execute the agreement, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Brandes <br /> <br /> 8. 7/27/82 <br /> <br /> <br />
