After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Mohr, that Resolution No. 83-549, approving the application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton for design review approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station <br /> and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located on the east side of <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road approximately 650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge <br /> Drive, subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report SR 83:552, and modifying <br /> Condition 2 to read: "That it is understood that the 115 ft. x 241 ft. or larger fire <br /> station site may be moved either northward or southward along Stoneridge Mall Road <br /> for a distance of up to several hundred feet, and that case PUD-81-22-1D will remain <br /> effective as long as the site or architectural design are not changed", be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOE~: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Application of Del Prado Homes to convert to condominium ownership and subdivide 94 <br />F" existing rental dwelling units on approximately. 3.8 acres of land located at the <br /> southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Golden Road (the apartments surroundins and <br /> including those at 5196 Golden Road) under the provisions of Chapter 15, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Zoning for the property is RM-15 <br /> (Multi-family Residential) District <br /> (Contd. Open from 5-24-83 and 9-13-83) <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item continued open to the meeting of January 9, 1984, <br /> 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers, at the request of staff. <br /> <br /> Consider Resolution Directing Application to the P.U.C. for Valley Avenue At-Grade <br /> Crossing <br /> <br /> Consider Adoption of Mitigated Negative. Declaration <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 83:543) dated December 1, 1983, regarding <br /> this matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing open on the application and the mitigated <br /> negative declaration. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br /> Resolution No. 83-550, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br /> study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br /> outlined in the City~s guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate to <br /> file the resolution directing application to the P.U.C. for Valley Avenue At-Grade <br /> Crossing at Stanley Boulevard, and Busch Road at Valley Avenue, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that <br /> Resolution No. 83-551, approving the resolution directing application to the P.U.C. <br /> for an At-Grade Crossing: Valley Avenue at Stanley Boulevard and Busch Road at Valley <br /> Avenue, be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 18. 12/6/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
