After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- <br /> member Mohr, that Resolution No. 83-549, approving the application of the City of <br /> Pleasanton for design review approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station <br /> and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located on the east side of <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road approximately 650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge <br /> Drive, subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report SR 83:552, and modifying <br /> Condition 2 to read: "That it is understood that the 115 ft. x 241 ft. or larger fire <br /> station site may be moved either northward or southward along Stoneridge Mall Road <br /> for a distance of up to several hundred feet, and that case PUD-81-22-1D will remain <br /> effective as long as the site or architectural design are not changed", be adopted. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOE~: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Application of Del Prado Homes to convert to condominium ownership and subdivide 94 <br />F" existing rental dwelling units on approximately. 3.8 acres of land located at the <br /> southwest corner of Hopyard Road and Golden Road (the apartments surroundins and <br /> including those at 5196 Golden Road) under the provisions of Chapter 15, Title II <br /> of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton.
