After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council- member Mohr, that Resolution No. 83-549, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval of an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. fire station and related facilities on an approximately 0.86 acre site located on the east side of Stoneridge Mall Road approximately 650 feet north of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive, subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report SR 83:552, and modifying Condition 2 to read: "That it is understood that the 115 ft. x 241 ft. or larger fire station site may be moved either northward or southward along Stoneridge Mall Road for a distance of up to several hundred feet, and that case PUD-81-22-1D will remain effective as long as the site or architectural design are not changed", be adopted.
