Adoption of Resolution No. 83-491, denying the claim of Pennie Bly in the sum of $80.00 for damages she alleges occurred when a low hanging tree limb struck the vent of her van and broke it; and referring the matter to the City Attorney's office for further handling. r. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-492, denying the claim of California Casualty in the sum of $2,746.78, and referring the matter to the City Attorney~s office for fur- ther handling. This claim is a subrogation claim for the amount paid to Kathleen Jacobson by her insurance company for damages when Mario Tomasetti skidded into her car. 2. 11/8/83
