Staff <br />advised this item will be on the November 22, 1983, agenda. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> There were no City Council Committee Reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> Mr. Kevin Brown, 3190 Montpelier Court, representing the Pleasanton Meadows <br />Homeowners Association, presented a letter that had previously been transmitted to <br />Council on September 15, 1983, signed by Edward H. Roquette, outlining this group's <br />concerns about a number of recent and proposed developments at the north end of the <br />City and how these developments will affect the environment and quality of life of <br />the Pleasanton Meadows residents. Mr. Brown reiterated the concerns of this group, <br />particularly the possible extension of West Las Positas Boulevard to E1 Charro and <br />on the Livermore. He requested Council assurance that the Homeowners Association's <br />concerns would be considered.
