Adoption of Resolution No. 83-473, approving Right-of-Entry Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Harold and Lloyd M. Moller for construction of Foothill Reservoir, and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. x. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-474, approving amendment to agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Metropolitan Transportation Commission regarding Phase II of the Pleasanton/Dublin Transit Study, and authorizing execution of the amend- ment by the appropriate city officials. y. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-475, accepting Deed from Robert E.
