Adoption of Resolution No. 83-471, accepting deed from Meadow Plaza Associates <br /> for Santa Rita Road improvement, and authorizing the City Attorney to take the <br /> steps necessary to finalize this transaction. <br /> <br />v. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-472, approving Claims for the City of Pleasanton <br /> for the month of September, 1983, in the amount of $2,031,657.77. <br /> <br />w. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-473, approving Right-of-Entry Agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Harold and Lloyd M. Moller for construction of Foothill <br /> Reservoir, and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city <br /> officials. <br /> <br />x. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-474, approving amendment to agreement between the <br /> City of Pleasanton and Metropolitan Transportation Commission regarding Phase II <br /> of the Pleasanton/Dublin Transit Study, and authorizing execution of the amend- <br /> ment by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br />y. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-475, accepting Deed from Robert E. Meyer giving <br /> the City fee simple title to the streets in Meyer Business Park, and authorizing <br /> execution of the necessary document by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br />z.
