<br /> payment in the amount of $605.78 to Robert Wipfli Landscaping, 5192 Omar Street,
<br /> Fremont, and authorizing the filing of the Notice of Completion.

<br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-464, after review of bids and appro~ing the with-
<br /> drawal of the bid from Red Feather Construction, award contract for the City Hall
<br /> expansion to Banke Construction, including Alternates Nos. 2 and 3, for a total of
<br /> $348,814.00, and rejecting Alternate No. 1; appropriating sufficient additional
<br /> funds to cover the construction costs and provide a contingency fund of five per-
<br /> cent of the total bid; and amending the fiscal budget by $110,581, to cover addi-
<br /> tional costs related to this project.

<br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-465, approving an adult crossing guard be assigned
<br /> to the intersection of Hopyard Road at Black Avenue, and an adult crossing guard
<br /> be assigned to the intersection of Santa Rita Road at Black Avenue, and authoriz-
<br /> ing that the Police Department budget be amended by $58,000 to cover costs of
<br /> hiring the two new crossing guards.

<br /> m. Continue to November 8, 1983, acceptance of Grant Deed for Roadway Purposes -.
