After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by <br /> Councilmember Wood, to amend the motion to include 51 units set-aside for lower <br /> income housing. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Butler <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Richard Borrero, 6452 Amber Lane, stated he is concerned about the low amount <br /> of growth management program allocation for smaller projects, as it could slow down <br /> the development plans process for smaller projects. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sam Vanderpoo!, representing Crocker Homes~ stated he is concerned with his <br />Parkside development which he does not anticipate developing until 1985. He stated <br />that if he is not able to obtain permits then he cannot proceed with other improve- <br />ments that he plans to start on sooner. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Mercer called for the question. <br /> <br /> The roll cal vote for the adoption of Resolution No. 83-454 was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: Councilmembers Mohr and Wood <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Mercer, that the application period for smaller projects begin imme- <br />diately and administered on a first come, first served basis. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> There were no matters continued for decision presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> There were no special reports presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Actions Taken by the Board of Adjustment, Design Review Board, and Planning Commission <br />at their meeting of 9-28-83 <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 83:418) dated October 3, 1983, regarding this <br />matter for the information of the Council.
