<br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-383, approving Foothill Band Boosters Parade per-
<br /> mit for parade to be held on October 22, 1983; amending the city's budget in the
<br /> approximate amount of $1,735.00 to cover costs incurred by this event; and re-
<br /> quiring the Band Boosters to comply with the city's conditions as set forth in
<br /> staff report 83:375, dated September 7, 1983.

<br /> Long Term Agreement and related Agreement, and authorizing execution of the two
