<br /> I_ m. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-227, determining assessments remaining unpaid in

<br /> n. .Adoption of Resolution No. 83-228, approving agreement for architectural services
<br /> for Fire Station No/~2, between the City of Pleasanton and J. Jack Bras and Asso-
<br /> ciates, and authorfzing the appropriate city officials to execute the agreement.

<br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-229, approving design of the addition to City Hall,
<br /> subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report 83:223.

<br /> p. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-230, approving the Exchange's Club parade permit,
<br /> application for the 1983 Alameda County Fair Parade to be held June 26, 1983,
<br /> 12:00 noon to 2:30 p.m., subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report
<br /> 83:217, and authorizing the fiscal budget be amended in the amount of $1,635.00
<br /> to cover costs incurred by the city relative to this event.

<br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-231, approving modificatio~ to the agreement between
<br /> Alameda County and Tri-Cities Ambulance, Inc., which will reduce the rate for dry
<br /> runs and standby service.
<br />
<br /> r. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-232, approving the University of California Coopera-
<br /> tive Extension 4-H Club, 5 Kilometer Run Application to be held June 25, 1983,
<br /> 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m., subject to all conditions contained in Staff Report 83:216,
<br /> and authorizing the fiscal budget be amended in the amount of $158.00 to cover
<br /> costs incurred by the city relative to this event.

<br /> s. Adoption of Resolution No. 83.233, setting aside Ordinance No. 1040 approving an
<br /> application to fezone to the PUD District and a development Plan for Hacienda
<br /> Business Park Phase I in accordance with the Writ and Order issued by Judge Marsh
<br /> on March 16, 1983.
