<br />[~ h. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-199, accepting public improvements for Tract 4863,
<br />~ Santa Rita Industrial Park, Devcon, Inc.
<br />~ i. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-200, approving Final Map, Improvement Plans, and
<br />~[ Subdivision Agreement for Tract 4771, Vintage Hills, Unit 12, Chamberlain Group,
<br /> and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the agreement.

<br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-201, accepting deeds from Amador Valley Investors
<br /> for Santa Rita Road improvements, and authorizing the City Manager to execute,
<br /> on behalf of the City, the Certificate of Acceptance to permit said documents
<br /> to be recorded.
<br />
<br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-202, denying a subrogation claim from State Farm
<br /> on behalf of William Rodgers for damage to the insured's car resulting from
<br /> running over an improperly seated manhole cover.
<br />
<br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-203, approving a minor modification to City Council
<br /> Resolution No. 83-160 relative to an approved development plan for a 32 unit town-
<br /> house project proposed for the approximately two acre site located on the south
<br /> side of Palomino Drive between Pico Avenue and Concord Street, as follows: "that
<br /> the project shall be maintained as rental housing with units not to be individ-
<br /> ually sold for a period of five years, said period to commence July 1, 1983".

<br /> m. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-204, approving appropriation limit for fiscal year
<br /> 1983-84 of $8,682,835.00.
<br />
<br /> n. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-205, approving claims for the month of April~ 1983,
<br /> in the amount of $1,152,455.58.
<br />
<br /> o. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-206, accepting deed from First Nationwide Savings
<br /> and approval of Purchase Contract for that portion of property needed for the pro-
<br /> posed improvement of Dublin Canyon Road as a part of Assessment District 1982-1;
<br /> authorizing the City Manager to execute a Certificate of Acceptance of Real Pro-
<br /> perty for this parcel; authorizing the Grant Deed be recorded with the Alameda
<br /> County Recorder upon completion of escrow; authorizing the deposit of the pur-
<br /> _ chase price in escrow upon receipt of Assessment District bond funds; and auth-
<br /> orizing the Director of Public Works to execute the Real Property Purchase Con-
<br /> tract on behalf of the city.
