Adoption of Ordinance No. 1084, approving the application of Valley Business Asso- <br /> ciates and Sente Associates Seven for a major modification to case PUD-79-13 per- <br /> taining to building heights, size of trucks, permitted truck routes and other <br /> possible changes to the zoning and development plan for Valley Business Park, an <br /> approximately 70 acre industrial park now under construction on the south side of <br /> Valley Avenue immediately east of the residences on the east side of Kolln Street. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-177, after review of bids, awarding contract for <br /> East Angela Street Resurfacing, Project No. 83-4, to O'Grady Paving, Inc., 2513 <br /> Wyandotte Street, Mountain View, in the amount of $80,780.00, and authorizing the <br /> appropriate city officials to execute the contract. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-178, approving plans and specifications for slurry <br /> sealing on various city streets, and authorizing the call for bids. <br /> <br /> e. Introduce Ordinance No. 1085, to be read by title only and waiving further reading <br /> thereof, deleting Sections 5-9.25 and 5-9.27 (line one), Article 2, Chapter 9, <br /> Title V of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton as it relates to Bernal <br /> Avenue Precise Alignment; and adoption of Resolution No. 83-179, establishing the <br /> new alignments and street widths of Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton Avenue, Harrison <br /> Avenue and Del Valle Parkway; and instructing staff to direct the railroad conso- <br /> lidation consultant, De Leuw Cather and Company to conform their design to the <br /> new alignments. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-180, accepting Right-of-Entry from Crocker Homes, <br /> Inc., for use on Project 83-2, Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV. <br /> <br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-181, accepting the street tree pruning project on <br /> various city streets, Project No. 83-3, approving final payment to Tri-Valley Tree <br /> Surgeons in the amount of $387.00, and authorizing that a Notice of Completion be <br /> filed. <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-182, approving contract amendment for Right-of-Way <br /> services with De Leuw Cather and Company, for an increase of $10,000 to cover un- <br /> expected expenses related to the Del Valle Parkway Underpass project. <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-183, denying the claim of Norman Johnson for damages <br /> to his chainlink fence and truck when a branch of a city tree fell on them. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-184, approving the selection of DKS/De Leuw Cather <br /> as the consultants to undertake the Pleasanton/Dublin Transit Study for a fee of <br /> $74,000; and authorizing the city attorney to prepare and the city manager to sign <br /> the necessary consultant contract between the city of Pleasanton and DKS/De Leuw <br /> Cather. <br /> <br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 83-185, ordering sale of bonds for Assessment District <br /> No. 1982-1, Dublin Canyon Road Improvements. <br /> <br />1.
