The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler NOES: None ABSENT: None Application for PUC Funding of Santa Rita Road Grade Separation Councilmember Brandes referred to Mr. Walker's memorandum to the Council dated May 6, 1983, regarding this matter, stating he felt the City should make application to the PUC for funding of Santa Rita Road grade separation, even though the chances of getting the funding are slim; it will show the City's interest in improvements at this location. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- member Mercer, that Resolution No. 83-193, approving De Leuw Cather to proceed to prepare the nomination to the Public Utilities Commission to request funding for Santa Rita Road grade separation, and authorizing an expenditure up to $1,500.00 to cover costs for this application for funding, be adopted. Police Build.ing This item was discussed after Public Hearings on the agenda. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. EXECUTIVE SESSION Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 10:05 P.M., to an Executive Session to discuss pending litigation. Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 10:55 P.M. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 11:00 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Regular Session on May 24, 1983, at 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers.
