Adoption of Resolution No. 83-111, approving Agreement with County for <br /> Work Furlough Program. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br /> Mr. Bob Wolverton of Crown Chevrolet in Dublin spoke to Council regarding <br /> the plight of the citizens of Alviso and outlined in detail the contributions <br /> made by the citizens of the Valley and other areas. Mayor Butler commended the <br /> efforts of Mr. Wolverton and Councilmember Mercer said Dublin should be proud of <br /> citizens like Mr. Wolverton, who is willing to put time and effort back to helping <br /> people in need. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Butler, and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, to <br /> accept the Proclamation in Support of Dublin Tri-Valley Aid to Alviso. Council- <br /> member Wood suggested a copy of the Proclamation should be sent to Crown <br /> Chevrolet. <br /> <br /> -2- 3/22/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
