203 <br /> <br />Further Discussion of Land Transfer to Zone 7 for Administrative Offices <br /> Mayor Butler declared this item continued to the meeting of March 8, 1983, at <br />the request of staff. <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his Information Report (IR 83:05) dated February 17, <br />1983, regarding Saturday Elections. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 83-79, supporting legislation to hold elections on <br />Saturdays instead of Tuesdays, and directing staff to forward copies of this resolu- <br />tion to state and federal legislators, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Councilmember Mercer and Mayor Butler <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br /> There were no reports of the City Attorney presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 11:30 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 11:55 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:00 P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, <br />and seconded by Councilmen~er Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br />Regular Session on March 8, 1983, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> 12. 2/22/83 <br /> <br /> <br />
