No Council action was required or <br />taken regarding this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented a letter from Insurance Services Office of California form- <br />ally notifying the City that the ISO rating has been improved from a Class 4 to a <br />Class 3 effective March 1, 1983. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 9:55 P.M. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 10:00 P.M. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Resolution Review History of Growth Management Element of the General Plan <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 83:52) dated February 7, 1983, regarding <br />this matter. He reviewed minor corrections to the draft resolution. <br /> <br /> Mr. Gerald Goudreau, 5451 Corte Paloma, asked for a copy of the supporting docu- <br />ments related to this resolution. <br /> <br /> Mr. Harvey Levine, 2396 Vintner Way, former Deputy City Attorney and City Attorney <br />for the City of Pleasanton from 1975 to 1982, presented an oral history of the growth <br />management plan.
