Garrigan, said term <br />for four years beginning 2-15-85, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Maxfor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer instructed Mr. Walker to send the appropriate letters, and to <br />advertise for the alternate position on the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Hohr stated that the Housing Authority will have a vacancy in <br />Januar~ and she is concerned about having an incomplete commission. She would like <br />to respond to their concerns sometime reasonably soon. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes stated he would lik'e to see this process e~cpedited and <br />would like to see staff looking into questions the City of Dublin and staff has. <br /> <br /> Mr. Warnick advised the Mayor that letters will be sent to about 500 of his <br />constituents stating they are subject to reduced rates in their flood insurance due <br />to the map amendment. tle plans to advise all of the affected property owners of the <br />results of these map changes and wanted Council to be aware of these results before <br />beginning notification. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 10:30 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss labor relations and pending litigation. <br /> <br /> 10. 12/11/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
