Howe to allow a MaSOnry Wall to Remain on City Right-of-Way in front of 645 Abbie Street Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 84:621) dated November 27, 1984, regarding this matter. Mr. Roy E. Howe, 645 Abbie Street, stated he would appreciate any consideration from Council to retain the wall and that he will accept all responsibility for liability in connection with the wall on public right-of-way. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- member Butler, that Resolution No. 84-601, denying the request of Roy E. Howe to allow a masonry wall to remain on City right-of-way in front of 645 Abbie Street, and in- structing staff to advise Mr. Howe to remove the portion of the wall on city property at the earliest possible date, be adopted.
