107 <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br /> the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 10-30-84, as amended. <br /> <br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1163, establishing a Speed Limit on West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard between Hopyard Road and Foothill Road of 35 MPH. <br /> <br /> c. Continue to 11-27-84, Adoption of Ordinance No. 1164, amending Article 1, Chapter <br /> 7 (Traffic Regulation Applying to Private Property), Title V of the Ordinance Code, <br /> relative to removal of vehicles from private property. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1165, approval of the application of John Ferreri and Fred <br /> Miranda for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval to <br /> construct two medical office buildings and a retail shopping center on the approxi- <br /> mately 7.7 acre site located southeast of the intersection of Santa Rita Road and <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard adjacent to the Exxon Service Station. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1166, approval of the application of the City of Pleasan- <br /> ton to prezone the approximately 276 acre site located on the west side of Foothill <br /> Road opposite Stoneridge Drive and extending westerly and northerly to Dublin Canyon <br /> Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential and Open Space <br /> District. Councilmember Wood voted NO on this item. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1168, making violation of the zoning code, the building <br /> code, the plumbing code, the electrical code, the mechanical code, and the fire <br /> code an infraction rather than a misdemeanor. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1169, adopting by reference the 1982 Edition of the uni- <br /> form building code, the uniform plumbing code, the uniform mechanical code, the <br /> uniform housing code, the uniform code for the abatement of dangerous buildings, <br /> the uniform fire code, and the national electrical code (1981 Edition), and amend- <br /> ing sections of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton which adopt and modify <br /> those codes. <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-572, accepting Grant of Easement from Ponderosa Homes <br /> in connection with Annexation of Territory to Landscape District 1984-1, Annexation <br /> No. 1985-1; Adoption of Resolution No. 84-573, initiating proceedings in connection <br /> with Annexation of Territory to Landscape District No. 1984-1, Annexation No. 1985-1; <br /> and Adoption of Resolution No. 84-574, ordering formation in connection with Annexa- <br /> tion of Territory to Landscape District No. 1984-1, Annexation 1985-1. <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-575, acceptance of improvements for the sidewalk re- <br /> pair on various City streets, Project No. 84-9; authorizing filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion; approving final payment to the contractor MCE Corporation of $23,617.87 <br /> and retain ten percent of the final cost of $7,556.72; and authorizing the appro- <br /> priation of $3,067.18 to the sidewalk repair program to cover the cost of Change <br /> Orders found necessary during the course of construction. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-576, acceptance of a Public Service Easement from <br /> Gil-Kal Ventures for development of their property in the Stoneridge Area, and <br /> authorizing that the easement be subsequently recorded. <br /> <br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-577, approval of improvement plans, specifications, <br /> and agreement for completion of the Orloff Park - Morrison Homes; and authorizing <br /> execution of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> 2. 11/13/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
