Adoption of Resolution No. 84-487, approving Program Supplements 27, 28, and 30 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid Improvements as fol- <br /> lows: #27 - installation of Traffic Signal at Hopyard and Del Valle, $102,500; <br /> ~28 - installation of traffic signal at Santa Rita and Del Valle, $102,500; and <br /> ~30 - street overlay at Denker, Dorman, and Valley Avenue, $380,000. <br /> <br />v. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-488, directing staff to have the striping plan <br /> revised to allow parking on the easterly side of Old Santa Rita Road from Engi- <br /> neer's Station 2 + 25 northerly, and on the westerly side of 01d Santa Rita Road <br /> between Engineer's Stations 2 + 45 and 20 + 00; directing staff to have the Strip- <br /> ing Plan revised to allow parking for vehicles under 20 feet in length on the <br /> westerly side of Santa Rita Road from the northerly driveway of the shopping <br /> center to 250 feet northerly; that the portion of this resolution allowing parking <br /> on Santa Rita Road be effective for maximum of four years; and directing staff to <br /> send a copy of this resolution to both the owner of the shopping center complex <br /> and also to the Santa Rita Junction Merchant~s Association. <br /> <br />w. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-489, approving Agreement with Lowry and Associates <br /> for a Sanitary Sewer Master Plan; authorizing execution of the agreement by the <br /> appropriate city officials; and appropriating an additional $5,000 to cover the <br /> cost of the Master Plan and possible additional work by others (total appropria- <br /> tion - $55,000). <br /> <br />x. Adoption of Resolution N.. 84-490, accepting public improvements for Dublin Canyon <br /> Assessment District No. 1982-1; and authorizing the City Attorney to file a Notice <br /> of Completion. <br /> <br />y. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-491, declaring an approximately 1.75 acre parcel in <br /> Foothill Knolls as surplus and approving agreement and conveyance regarding private <br /> park; and authorizing the appropriate city officials to execute the necessary docu- <br /> ments. <br /> <br />z. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-492, denying the claim of Farmers New World Life in <br /> connection with the lawsuit of Mr. Edwin Ewing involving a motorcycle accident on <br /> Dublin Canyon Road, and referring this matter to the City Attorney for further <br /> handling. <br /> <br />aa. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-493, affirming annual review of Development Agreement <br /> with Stoneridge Development interests (Taubman, et al), and finding that the pro- <br /> ject is in compliance with the agreement. <br /> <br />bb. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-494, affirming annual review of Development Agreement <br /> with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and finding that the project is in com- <br /> pliance with the agreement. <br /> <br />cc. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-495, approving change in the name of Department of <br /> Recreation and Human Resources to Department of Parks and Community Services. <br /> <br />dd.
