No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Request of the Pleasanton Downtown Association for City participation in Annual <br />Downtown Christmas Decoration Program <br /> Mr. Walker presented his report (SR 84:485) dated September 6, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Ms. Trish Watts, Manager of the Pleasanton Downtown Association, requested City <br />participation in the Christmas Decoration Program as a part of the revitalization <br />of the downtown area. She explained the proposed program. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, that Resolution No. 84-469, approving participation in the Downtown <br />Christmas Decoration Program, and amending the 1984-85 budget to include the $4,000 <br />expenditure, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: CouncilmenWDers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Wood <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Approval of Final Map and Improvement Plans and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5189, <br />Grey Eagle Estates - Grey Eagle, a Joint Venture <br /> Mr. Warnick presented his revised report (SR 84:464) dated September 11, 1984, <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 84-470, approving final map, improvement plans, and Subdivision Agree- <br />ment for Tract No. 5189, Grey Eagle Estates, and approval of the Water Facility and <br />Reimbursement Agreement for Tract No. 5189, Grey Eagle Estates, and authorizing <br />execution of the agreements by the appropriate city officials; and Resolution No. <br />84-471, amending Resolution No. 77-123 (a resolution establishing fees and charges <br />for various municipal services of the City of Pleasanton) establishing a water con- <br />nection fee surcharge in the area benefitted by proposed water reservoir in the <br />Bonde zone, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Proposed Agreement for Consultant Services with D. J.
