Mr. Walker requested that item 12a - Request for Annexation from Mike Harris, <br /> Lawrence Miller and Dorothy Miller for approximately 6.39 acres on the North side of <br /> Vineyard Avenue, be removed from the agenda at the request of the applicant. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes requested that item 4q - Acceptance of Improvements, Pleasanton <br /> Sports and Recreation Park, Phase IV, Project No. 83-2, be removed from the Consent <br /> Calendar and moved on the agenda to item 12g, to allow for discussion. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker recuested that the City Council Minutes of April 24, 1984, be corrected <br />on page 9, line 9 of the introduction of Ordinance No. 1139, to delete "to an assess- <br />ment district established". <br /> <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that the <br /> following items listed on the Consent Calendar, as amended thereto, be approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of City Council Minutes for 4-24-84, as amended. <br /> <br />b. Proclaim May 1984 as Neighborhood ~atch Month. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1137, establishing speed limits on Hopyard Road as <br /> follows: (a) Del Valle Parkway to Valley Avenue - 35 MPH; (b) Valley Avenue to <br /> West Las Positas Boulevard - 35 MPH; (c) West Las Positas Boulevard to Highway <br /> 580 - 45 MPH; that West Las Positas Boulevard from Hopyard Road to Santa Rita <br /> Road be set at 40 MPH; and that the speed limit on California Avenue be set at <br /> 2~ MPH. <br /> <br />d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1138, approving the application of Amador Associates for <br /> PUI) (Planned Unit Development)-zoning and development plan approval for a 40 unit <br /> residential development project on approximately 4.7 acres at 3780 Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1140, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton <br /> to rezone an approximately 1.2 acre site located at 123 and 125 Ray Street from the <br /> RM-1900 (Multi-family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br /> Medium Density Residential District. <br /> <br />f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1141, amending Title II, Chapter i, Article 5 of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to permit the City Engineer to accept <br /> dedications on parcel maps and the City Manager to approve standard development <br /> contracts in conjunction with parcel map approvals. <br /> <br />g. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1142, amending Title V, Chapter 5, Article 1 of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to require trucks making local deliveries <br /> to minimize use of residential streets. <br /> <br />h. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-209, establishing fees and charges for local arrest <br /> records at $25.00. <br /> <br />i. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-210, accepting Grant Deed and Quit Claim Deed from <br /> Leonard W. and Thomasine M. Black for their property located on the northwest <br /> corner of Mohr Avenue and Martine Avenue (Parcel Map 4260), and authorizing that <br /> the deed be subsequently recorded. <br /> <br />j. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-211, prohibiting parking on both sides of Valley <br /> Avenue from the existing residential subdivision easterly to Santa Rita Road. <br /> <br />k. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-212, approving final map and improvement plans and <br /> subdivision agreement for Tract 5196, Fairlands Terrace, Unit 2 - Fairlands Asso- <br /> ciates, and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate city offi- <br /> cials. <br /> 2. 5/8/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
