The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />Amendment to Subdivision Ordinance to permit City Engineer Acceptance of Dedications <br />and Ci!y Manager Approval of Agreements in Conjunction with Parcel Map Approvals <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 84:223) dated April 18, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordi- <br />nance No. 1141, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending <br />Title II, Chapter I, Article 5 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to per- <br />mit the city engineer to accept dedications on parcel maps and the city manager to <br />approve standard development contracts in conjunction with parcel map approvals, be <br />introduced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />An Ordinance to Require Trucks Making Local Deliveries to Minimize Use of Residential <br />Streets <br /> Mr. MacDonald presented his report (SR 84:220) dated April 18, 1984, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that Ordi- <br />nance No. 1142, to be read by title only and waiving further reading thereof, amending <br />Title V, Chapter 5, Article 1 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to re- <br />quire trucks making local deliveries to minimize use of residential streets, be intro- <br />duced. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />C 0MMUNI CA T I ON S <br /> Councilmember Butler requested that a letter from the League of Women Voters of <br />Livermore-Amador Valley, dated April 23, 1984, regarding support of AB 3274, Trans- <br />portation of Hazardous Waste and Routing, be referred to the City ~ttorney. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the <br />Council. <br /> <br /> ' After discussion, it was determined to schedule interviews for vacancies on the <br />Housing Authority Board on May 8, 1984, and to schedule interviews for vacancies on <br />the Planning Commission on May 22, 1984. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 12:15 A.M., to an Executive Session to discuss <br />pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12:45 A.M. <br /> <br /> lS. 4/24/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
