Zoning for the <br />propeFtX. is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low D.~itZ Rgsidential District <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:190) dated April 3, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on this item. <br /> <br /> Mr. Martin Inderbitzen, Attorney representing the applicant, stated he concurred <br />with the staff report. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing <br />closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-169, approving the application of Leonard Black to subdivide approxi- <br />mately 5 acres into two lots, approximately 3.8 and 1.2 acres in size, at 2373 Martin <br />Avenue, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Plans relating to the establishment of approximately 5,800 feet of bike bath and <br />related facilities, to be located in the area of the intersection of Vineyard Avenue <br />and First Street, between Adams Way and Stanley Boulevard <br /> <br />Consider Adoption of Draft Negative Declaration <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 84:184) dated April 4, 1984, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the application and the negative <br />declaration. <br /> <br /> No one in the audience spoke in favor of or in opposition to this item. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Councilmember Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 84-170, determining on the basis of a review of initial environmental <br />study done for this project, that no significant environmental impact would occur as <br />outlined in the City's guidelines and that a negative declaration is appropriate in <br />connection with plans relating to the establishment of approximately 5,800 feet of <br />bike path and related facilities to be located in the area of the intersection of <br />Vineyard Avenue and First Street between Adams Way and Stanley Boulevard, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> 9. 4/10/84 <br /> <br /> <br />
