After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mercer, and seconded by Council-
<br />member Brandes, that Resolution No. 84-150, approving the appeal of Lesher Communica-
<br />tions, Inc., of a decision of the Design Review Board relating to Condition No. 1 of
<br />their approval, and approving a 10,000 sq. ft. office building and related facilities
<br />on an approximately .5 acre site located at 139 Spring Street, subject to the following
<br />conditions: (1) that the developer dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes,
<br />a five foot wide parcel along the Spring Street frontage and that new curb, gutter and
<br />sidewalk be installed in this area; (2) that the developer grant to the City a five foot
<br />wide public service easement parallel with and contiguous to the five foot wide dedi-
<br />cation; (3) that any gates installed in the driveway areas shall be set back away from
<br />the back of the sidewalk or operate in such a manner that vehicle turning movements will
<br />not be restricted and cause the travelled way in Spring Street to be obstructed; (4)
<br />that the design of the wrought iron fence and gates shall be submitted to the Planning
<br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit; and (S) that approval of
<br />this case is subject to all Standard Conditions of Development, made a part of this case
<br />by reference, except conditions numbers 12, 19, 29, 46 and 50, be adopted.
