<br /> authorizing execution of the Letter of Agreement by the appropriate city officials.

<br /> g. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-132, approving final map, improvement plans, and sub-

<br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-133, after review of bidS, awarding contract for the
<br />~ construction of the Vineyard Avenue Bike Lane - Tourlga Drive to Adams Way, Project
<br />O] No. 83-7, to 0'Grady Paving, Inc., in the amount of $104,428.90; authorizing execu-
<br />~ tion of the contract by the appropriate city officials; and allocating $11,200.00

<br />~ i. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-134, after review of bids, awarding contract for Pro-
<br />~[ ject No. 84-3, street tree pruning and removal on various City streets, to Atlas
<br /> Tree Service for a total of $14,734.07, and authorizing execution of the contract
<br /> by the appropriate city officials.

<br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-135, declaring the parcel of land (approximately 2,483
<br /> square feet) located on the west side of Fair Street just south of Division Street
<br /> as surplus; determining that the market value for the property is $2,483.00; that
<br /> the City shall notify all agencies required by law to be given first opportunity to
<br /> purchase surplus property; that the City finds that the most appropriate development
<br /> pattern for ~he area is for use as plottage to the adjacent parcel to the west
<br /> (Mayer), provided that the owner of the adjacent parcel is willing to pay the fair
<br /> market value; and if no agency wises to purchase the property, the City Manager is
<br /> authorized to negotiate with the adjacent property owner for purchase of the property.

<br /> k. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-136, declaring the parcel of land (approximately 1,081
<br /> square feet) located on the west side of Peters Avenue just south of Bernal Avenue
<br /> as surplus; determining that the market value for the property is $5,405.00; that
<br /> the City shall notify all agencies required by law to be given first opportunity to
<br /> purchase surplus property; that the City finds that the most appropriate development
<br /> pattern for the area is for use as plottage to the adjacent parcel to the west
<br /> (Amaral), provided that the owner of the adjacent parcel is willing to pay the fair

<br /> n~ Adoption of Resolution No. 84-139, approving plans and specifications for the con-
<br /> struction of traffic signals at Foothill Road and West Las Positas Boulevard, and
<br /> authorizing staff to advertise for bids; and approving transfer of $50,000 from the
<br /> 1984-85 Capital Improvement Program to the 1983-84 Capital Improvement Program for
<br /> the street improvements.
