He stated his main objection to the plan <br />is the assumption that he will subdivide his property, which is misleading. He added <br />that if his property is not developed it will create many dead end streets and create <br />difficulty in providing emergency access. She advised that City <br />utilities are immediately adjacent to this property. She requested approval of the <br />annexation application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bud Barlow, 6723 Alisal Street, President of the A!isal Improvement Club, <br />stated that City utilities should be available to this property by whatever means <br />that is satisfactory to the City and the property o~ner.
