Council commended Mr. Herlihy for his in-depth report. <br /> <br /> After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Wood, and seconded by Council- <br />member Mohr, instructing staff to notify the Pleasanton Housing Group, Inc., to in- <br />clude a park and center in their plans for their proposed senior citizen complex, <br />to be funded from the $50,000.00 allocated to this group at the Council meeting of <br />February 28, 1984, and also instructing PHGI to work with Mr. Herlihy and the Park <br />and Recreation Commission in developing a concept for such a park. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor Butler <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDER <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Vice Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting at 10:45 P.M., to an Executive Session to <br />discuss pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at !1:00 P.M. <br /> <br />ADJOUPJIMENT <br /> There being no further business at ll:0S P.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, <br />and seconded by Councilmember Brandes, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br />Regular Session on March 2?, 198~, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembens Brandes, Mohr, Wood, and Vice Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Mayor ~utler <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br /> ~IES R.
