Mayor Butler stated that the issue is whether or not Viacom has acted according <br /> to the required standards to correct the leakage problems and in his opinion he could <br /> not find any evidence that they have not done as good a job as possible to solve the <br /> problem. He stated that Viacom has dealt with the problem in a responsible manner, <br /> and did not feel this matter should be discussed any further at this time. <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented a letter he had received as LAVWMA Manager requesting that <br /> each LAVWMA member agency present a resolution authorizing their vote on the ballot <br /> measure at the February 9, 1984 LAV~A meeting. Mr. Walker stated that the resolution <br /> was not necessary because the vote taken did not relate to capital expenditures. No <br /> further action was required or taken by Council on this item. <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> Mayor Butler recessed the meeting at 11:30 P.M., to an Executive Session to dis- <br /> cuss pending litigation and labor relations. <br /> <br /> Mayor Butler reconvened the meeting at 12:00 midnight. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 12:02 A.M., it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, <br /> and seconded by Councilmember Mercer, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in <br /> Regular Session on March 13, 1984, 8:00 P.M., in the Pleasanton Council Chambers. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mercer, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Butler <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />S vR.'
