site located at the southeast corner of Stoneridge Drive and 1-680, subject to all con- <br />ditions contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2422, but modifying Condition No. <br />2 as follows: "That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the City Council for <br />approval. Said plan shall show landscaping for the DSRSD property at the southwest <br />corner of Stoneridge Drive and Johnson Drive and the plan is also to show either ice <br />plant or ivy in the 20 ft. wide 'recovery strip' along the western edge of the subject <br />site, additional trees and other plant material designed to more fully screen the pro- <br />ject from the f]?eeway and other roadways.
