Adoption of Resolution No. 84-29, approving application for a grant under the <br /> Clean Water and Water Conservation Bond Law of 1978 for Water Resources Leak <br /> Detection program, and authorizing execution by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-34, approving the Development Deferment Agreements <br /> (Savco and Wilson Properties), and authorizing execution of the agreements by the <br /> appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> q. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-35, approving the first addendum to Long-Term Agree- <br /> ment (Chang Su-O Lin), and agreement for transfer of sewer permits, and authorizing <br /> execution of the documents by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br /> r. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-36, approving vacating excess right-of-way on Santa <br /> Rita Road, retaining necessary easement, and initiating disposal of the surplus <br /> lands. <br /> <br /> s. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-37, expressing the City's intention to issue revenue <br /> bonds for the acquisition, constructlon~ and installation of a multi-family rental <br /> housing project in an amount not to exceed fifteen million dollars. <br /> <br /> t. Adoption of Resolution No. 84-38, approving Claims for the month of December, 1983, <br /> in the amount of $1,321,145.49. <br /> <br /> u.
