added to the Growth Management Plan. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler and Wood <br /> NOES: Councilmembers Brandes, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> After further discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded <br /> by Councilmember Brandes, that Ordinance No. 1204, to be read by title only <br /> and waiving further reading thereof, amending Chapter 13 of Title II, Section <br /> 2-20.04 P.M.C. listing exemptions to the Growth Management Plan is amended by <br /> adding a subsection (i) to read as follows: "(i) Projects of 50 units or less <br /> subject to the City Council finding that the project meets the criteria set <br /> forth in Section l(a)(iv) of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 82-66, as amended, <br /> establishing Growth Management Procedures and Guidelines", be introduced, and <br /> that Resolution No. 85-307, amending Resolution No. 82-66 to add Section <br /> l(a)(iv) to Exhibit A as follows: <br /> <br /> "(iv) Fifty (50 Unit Exemption (P.M.C. Section 20.04 (i)). <br /> Projects which meet the following criteria shall be exempt projects <br /> within the meaning of Section 20.04(i): <br /> <br />A. There are fifty (50) on less units in the project; <br /> <br />B. Maximum of one exemption per calendar year for entire City; <br /> <br />C. The City Council finds that conditions of approval of the project ade- <br /> quately address the public needs and cumulative effects created by the <br /> project. In making this determination, the City Council shall consider <br /> cumulative effects of the proposed project taken together with past and <br /> anticipated future projects, including particularly anticipated projects <br /> in the vicinity by the same developer; <br /> <br />D.
