Adoption of Resolution NO. 85-275, approving License Agreement with DeVor Nurseries, Inc., for the right to extract subterranean waters through its existing well for ten (10) years; authorizing the City Attorney to take the steps necessary to finalize this transaction; and authorizing execu- tion of the agreement by the appropriate city officials. g. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-276, approving plans and specifications for Project 85-3, Amador Community Park completion, and authorizing the call for bids. - h. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-277, accepting Public Improvements for Tract 5230, Fairlands Unit 10, Ditz-Crane, Inc.; and authorizing the City Attor- ney to file a Notice of Completion. i. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-280, approving the proposal submitted by Gielow and Lajala CPA's for preparation of the t984-85 General Audit and the 1967 Water Revenue Bond Audit for a fee not to exceed $25,300; and authorizing the City Manager to execute the proposal. k. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-281, approving a second extension of the growth management allocation for R and W Ranch (Martin Property) located at the eastern terminus of Crellin Road, for a period of one year ending October 21, 1986. 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-282, approving Sewer Service Agreement and Maintenance and Operation Agreement with Alameda County related to provid- ing sewage treatment and export capacity to the Castlewood area; and au- thorizing execution of the agreements by the appropriate city officials. m.
