Adoption of Resolution No. 85-229, approving the proposal of Wilsey and <br />Ham for the design of Hopyard Road from Secretariat to Del Valle Parkway; <br />authorizing execution of the Consultant Agreement by the appropriate city <br />officials; and appropriating $62,000 to pay the consultant fee. <br /> <br />cc. By motion, after review of Staff Report 85:227 dated May 7, 1985, make a <br />determination that a Permit Parking Program should not be established for <br />Pleasanton at this time. <br /> <br />dd. Resolution No. 85-230, urging Congress and the Federal Administration to <br />adopt the American Public Transit Association (APTA) proposal for con- <br />tinued funding of the Nation's Public Transportation Systems. <br /> <br />ee. Resolution No. 85-231, accepting the proposal of Terrasearch, Inc., for <br />soils work on the Best Property (future Corporation Yard Site); approving <br />the Consultant Agreement with Terrasearch, Inc., and appropriating <br />$7,000.00 for the consultant's fee; and authorizing execution of the <br />agreement by the appropriate city officials. <br /> <br />ff. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-232, approving Consultant Agreement with <br />Ruth and Going, Inc., for design of Pleasanton Sports and Recreation Park, <br />Phase IV-B; and authorizing execution of the agreement by the appropriate <br />city officials. <br /> <br />gg. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-233, establishing a one hour parking zone on <br />the south side of Spring Street between the two driveways located on <br />either side of 126 Spring Street. <br /> <br />hh. Adoption of Resolution No. 85-234, approving sixth addendum to long-term <br />agreement and amendment of fourth addendum and fifth addendum to long-term <br />agreement for Ponderosa Homes and Hansen/Mix. <br /> <br />ii.
