<br /> <br /> <br />how best to accomplish this issue, what the cost will be to the City, and its <br />impact on City staff. <br /> <br />Mayor Mercer stated that since there seems to b~ some doubt as to whether <br />or not Dublin City Council wants to take over the Arroyo Vista project, he <br />would suggest writing a letter to that Council to determine their intentions <br />regarding this matter. <br /> <br />After discussion, Councilmember Brandes withdrew his motion on the floor <br />to dissolve the Housing Authority Board, and Mayor Mercer withdrew his second. <br /> <br />After further discussion, it was moved by Mayor Mercer, and seconded by <br />Councilmember Butler, to write a letter to the Dublin City Council, asking <br />whether or not they would be willing to accept ownership and control of the <br />Arroyo Vista project. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />Berkey Porsche Audi Display Rack <br />Mayor Mercer stated that at the last Council meeting, Council denid an <br />appeal by Robert Berkey to retain an automobile display rack in the rear of <br />his dealership. He advised that there are now two display racks in front of <br />the building. The City Attorney advised that Mr. Berkey could be cited for <br />infraction of the code for this illegal action. <br /> <br />After discussion, Council instructed staff to take appropriate action to <br />have Mr. Berkey remove the two auto display racks installed at the front of <br />his Porsche Audi dealership at 5940 Stoneridge Mall Road. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications presented at this meeting. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br />Mrs. Wagner presented the City Council Calendar for the information of <br />Council. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Mayor Mercer recessed the meeting to an Executive Session at 11:50 p.m. to <br />discuss pending litigation. <br /> <br />Mayor Mercer reconvened the meeting at 12 midnight. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business at 12:05 a.m., it was moved by Councilmem- <br />ber Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that the meeting be adjourned <br />to meet again in Regular Session on May 21, 1985, 8:00 p.m., in the Pleasanton <br />Council Chambers. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />J~Ld~ <br /> <br />~ES R.
