<br /> <br />,,357' <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br />'\"f <br />LD <br />W <br />CD <br /><( <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Resolution Establishing Two-Hour Parking Zones within Stanley Busi- <br />ness Park <br />Mr. Warnick presented his report (SR 85:232) dated May 7, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilmember Butler, and seconded by Counclmember <br />Mohr,that Resolution No. 85-249, establishing two-hour parking zones at the <br />following locations within the Stanley Business Park: (1) California Avenue <br />(Washington Street to Del Valle Parkway) east and west sides; (2) Wyoming <br />Street (Washington Street to Del Valle Parkway) west side; (3) Wyoming Street <br />(Washington Street to Utah Street) east side; (4) Utah Street (Wyoming Street <br />easterly) north and south sides; and (5) Del Valle Parkway (Bernal Avenue to <br />California Avenue) north side, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Wood <br /> <br />Review of Zone 7 Arroyo Management Plan <br />Mrs. Wagner presented the report of the Director of Parks and Community <br />Sevices (SR 85:235) dated May 7, 1985, regarding this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. Ted Fairfield, Civil Engineer, representing several of his clients, <br />stated that the proposed plan encompasses more than a public trail; that the <br />channel near Pleasanton will require modification, which could possibly ad- <br />versely impact his clients properties. He stated that comments from Pleasan- <br />ton residents have been ignored by Zone 7; and that Zone 7 has ignored this as <br />a project. He stated the plan has been understated and underplayed, and he <br />felt an environmental impact report should be required. He advised the City <br />of Dublin has rejected the proposal. <br /> <br />After discussion, Mayor Mercer instructed the City Attorney to prepare a <br />report on this matter, and continued this item to the next meeting to allow <br />consideration of additional information. <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Modification to Meadow Plaza Commercial Development <br />Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 85:24) dated April 24, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Grey Eagle Estates PUD <br />Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 85:25) dated April 24, 1985, regardig <br />this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minor Modification to Hempy PUD on Foothill Road <br />Mr. Harris presented his report (IR 85:26) dated April 24, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />Minutes from Staff Traffic Committee Meeting of April 18, 1985 <br />Mr. Warnick presented his report (IR 85:23) dated April 29, 1985, regard- <br />ing this matter.
