It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that <br /> Resolution No. 85-133, approving the concepts for the traffic signal controller expan- <br /> sion and on-line "V/C" monitoring program, as described in the TJKM letter dated Feb- <br /> ruary 1, 1985; directing the engineer for the North Pleasanton Improvement District to <br /> include funding of $327,000 for this work in the District as reimbursement and/or credit <br /> for Prudential and Callahan-Pentz Properties; authorizing Prudential Insurance Company <br /> and Callahan-Pentz Properties to proceed with implementation, as recommended under <br /> "Summary" on Page 5 of the TJKq~ letter of February 1, 1985; and directing staff to in- <br /> clude $39,500 in the City's Capital Improvement Program to cover anticipated City costs <br /> for this work, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br /> <br />Minutes from Staff Traffic Committee Meeting of February 20, 1985 <br />Mr. Warnick presented his report (IR 85:14) dated March 5, 1985, regarding this <br />matter. No action was required or taken <br />by Council on the item. <br /> <br />March, Apr.~l, and May City Council Agenda Planning Report <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Agenda Planning Report for the months of <br />March, April, and May for the information of Council. <br /> <br />Planning Commissioner Terms <br /> Mr. Walker presented his memorandum dated March 5, 1985, regarding the terms of <br />Gregg Doherty and Joyce Getty to expire on May 5, 1985. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Mohr, and seconded by Councilmember Wood, that <br />Resolution No. 85-134, appointing Alternate Member Kaye Wellman as a regular member <br />on the Planning Commission for a four year term, to fill the expired term of Gregg <br />Doherty who is not eligible for another term, said term to expire May 5, 1989, be <br />adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Council instructed staff to advertise for one regular member and one alternate <br />member on the Planning Commission, with deadline 5:00 P.M., April 5th.
