No action was required or taken by Council on the item. <br /> <br />REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER (Contd.) <br />Appeal of Dean Wagerman Regarding Address Assignments at Deer Oaks Subdivision <br />(Contd. from 2-26-85) <br /> Mr. Harris presented his report (SR 85:84) dated February 26, 1985, regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dean Wagerman, appellant, stated the Deer Oaks Subdivision is a unique area <br />and he felt there should be some flexibility as to address assignments. He stated the <br />change would not hamper the post office, police and fire departments, or emergency <br />equipment.
