The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wood, and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIIIED:Mayor ~ercer on items 4c and 4j MATTERS iNITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS " p~easanton Housing Authority Board Councilmember Wood advised that Dawn Gordner, whose term on the Pleasanton Housing Authority Board expires January 25, 1985, has been appointed as a member of the Human Services Commission. After discussion, Council determined that Mrs. Gordner will serve on both Boards until such time as a replacement has been appointed on the Housing Authority Board. Residential Review Steerin~ Committee Councilmembers made the following individual appointments to the Residential Review Steering Committee: Councilmember Wood appointed Michael Parsons and Milton Jones as members and nomi- nated Harvey Levine as Chairperson. Councilmember Mohr appointed Margaret Madyell and Martin Inderbitzen, and concurred with the appointment of Harvey Levine as Chairperson. Councilmember Brandes appointed Rona!d R. Azarcon and Larry Yonford as members, and concurred with the appointment of Harvey Levine as Chairperson. Councilmember Butler appointed Jack Hovingh and Darryl G. Albertson as members, and concurred with the appointment of Harve~ Levine as Chairperson. Mayor Mercer appointed Brian Hoyt and Ted Fairfield as members, and concurred with the appointment of Harvey Levine as Chairperson. It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Councilmember Butler, that Resolution No. 85-18, appointing Harvey Levine as Chairperson of the Residential General Plan Review Steering Committee, and the following ten members to serve on this Committee: Michael Parsons, Milton Jones, Margaret Madyell, Martin Inderbitzen, Ronald R. Azarcon, Larry Yonford, Jack Hovingh, Darry! G. Albertson, Brian Hoyt, and Ted Fairfield, be adopted. Councilmembers recently interviewed candidates for other vacancies on this Commission. After discussion, it was moved by Councilmember Brandes, and seconded by Council- member Wood, that Resolution No. 85-19, appointing Dr. Reino Henderson asa member of the Human Services Commission, to fill the unexpired term of Gerald V.
