There was no public testimony and the consensus was to retain the <br />parcel as Commercial & Office. <br /> <br />Parcel 10 - Prudential: There was no public testimony and the <br />consensus was to redesignate 260 acres from G&LI to Industrial, <br />Commercial & Office. <br /> <br />Parcel ll - CPS: It was the consensus to retain the existing <br />High Density Residential designation on the CPS parcel. <br /> <br />Parcel lZ - Ponderosa: Mr. Bob Eldred, 6057 Via de los Ceros, <br />Jane McAfee, 6073 Via de los Ceros, Larry Beal, 6072 Via de los <br />Ceros, and David Kratky, 6084 Via de los Ceros, all spoke <br />requesting that the designation be retained as Medium Density <br />Residential. They cited traffic and parking problems. <br /> <br />The consensus was to retain the Medium Density Residential on <br />this parcel. <br /> <br />Parcel 13 - Various Owners: Mr. Brent Wilcox, 3988 Stanley <br />Boulevard, Pleasanton, stated that this parcel should not be <br />redesignated to High Density Residential because of traffic <br />considerations and left turn problems. He stated if this change <br />was made, petitions would be here very quickly. <br /> <br />Councilmember Mercer stated that an agreement was made that we <br />would not change the density. He does not want to create another <br />Vineyard Avenue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti stated that several residents from both <br />sides of the street have addressed that problem and they are not <br />in favor of redesignation. <br /> <br />Mayor Brandes stated that it is inappropriate at this time to <br />change the designation and the consensus was to retain the Medium <br />Density Residential designation. <br /> <br />Parcel 14 - Various Owners: Mr. Ray Thompson, 1777 Rose Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, spoke about the traffic flow and felt that the closer <br />high density is to the major thoroughfares, the less congestion <br />and less of an impact in the area. <br /> <br />Mr. Glen Nolan of Nolan Farms, Pleasanton, stated that he felt <br />the property was properly zoned. <br /> <br />Mr. Vic Romero, Palm Court, Pleasanton, is considering developing <br />part of this parcel and stated there would be no problem if they <br />could build 8 units per acre. <br /> <br />It was the consensus to retain the Medium Density Designation for <br />this parcel. <br /> <br />Parcel 15 - Marsh: The consensus was to retain this parcel as <br />G&LI. <br /> <br /> - 10 - <br /> <br /> <br />
