Southeast Pleasanton <br /> <br /> The question was raised as to whether or not there was a holding <br /> capacity for Public Health and Safety. Mr. Lee stated that the <br /> existing General Plan does not contain any language which allows <br /> a holding capacity in Public Health & Safety areas. <br /> <br /> There was a consensus to accept The Community Facilities Proposal <br /> on Parcel 23, 23A, 23B, 23c, and 23D. <br /> <br /> F. Northeast Pleasanton <br /> <br /> There was a consensus to accept The Community Facilities Proposal <br /> on Parcels 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Brandes brought up the question of benchmarks. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift responded that staff had recently spent a good deal of <br /> time writing the State of the City report for Council and would <br /> defer on benchmarks and growth rates until the next meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer adjourned the meeting at 9:35 P.M.
