Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Industrial, Commercial and Offices <br />District <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 85:375) dated August 6, 1985, regarding <br />this matter. <br /> <br /> Vice Mayor Brandes declared the public hearing open on this matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Self, Hacienda Business Owners Association, representing the ap- <br />plicant, presented a model and design renderings of the proposed project. He <br />also presented color renderings, stating their opinion that it is compatible <br />with surrounding buildings. He stated that the developer will do a test patch <br />on the facility to be sure the color is the one desired, and that Council is <br />invited to view the test.
